Really thankful for his genuineness and openness in sharing about his life. From his stories and sharing of his seasons of work, I picked up life lessons about leadership. Personally, I'm especially grateful to hear from his perspective having worked in Government; and as a ground worker, it helps me to empathize and appreciate things more too about what is it like from their POV. And how good management can play a pivotal role in creating change and making people's experiences more meaningful and effective.
